Dermot was great in getting me in shape for my wedding! He kept me on a proper diet, got me in the gym, and feeling good without straying too far from my own personal habits.

Dermot is a great coach and has always been on hand when I need him! Always there when check ins are needed and has the best interest of the client at all times. Since beginning the journey with Dermot last year (Aug), I’ve lost 40kg and counting. The plan began with home workouts and walking to ease me in at the heaviest weight I’ve been just over a year ago. With a structured meal plan that didn’t restrict me at all and learning to understand food Dermot’s coaching helped me in every aspect. Now I hitting the gym and running 10km and half marathons. My confidence has increased unimaginably. Moving from XL/XXL clothing to M and in some cases S - I would recommend anyone considering paying a coach to trust in Dermot’s structure and plan - he knows exactly what he’s doing! It’s been a great journey , energetic, motivating and as some have said to me -inspiring!!

Dermot has been nothing short of fantastic since I started with him, constant check in every week to make sure your sticking to your plan and goals, I’ve struggled to lose weight for years but with dermot and in a short period of time I’m down 6kg, as he says himself..if you stick to the plan the results will follow!💪

In just two months, I lost 5 kg and completely changed my lifestyle. Thanks to the constant motivation and support from Dermont Duffy, my online coach, I went from being sedentary to training consistently—one hour a day, five days a week—alternating between gym workouts and running. My eating habits have also improved without ever feeling hungry. I simply learned to eat healthier and more mindfully, choosing balanced, nutritious foods. The journey has been sustainable, effective, and truly motivating. I feel more energetic, fitter, and mentally stronger.
I highly recommend Dermont Duffy to anyone looking for a real and lasting change, with the guidance of a professional who’s always there to bring out your best!
