T SportlineReviews of tsportline.com

I am an EV owner that purchased wheel and tire packages from T Sportline for years. They sent me 3, not 4, winter wheels and tires for my Cybertruck and when I reached out to them they said I had to file a claim through FedEx to get the fourth. FedEx denied my claim, leaving me to source the tire and the wheel separately. This is a very shady company with bad customer service.

PASSION, that is the best way to describe the team at T Sportline. Each member I interacted with were above and beyond, and knew details and were passionate about the products and the Tesla and Rivian brands. Bryan was the utmost respectful and helpful first interaction I had here and was always available for any questions or concerns I had. Olly was oozing from perfectionist and the love for this work. I loved chatting with him on the projects they are working on and what they were about to transform for my truck. Met Elie briefly and he was so helpful and accommodating. This team is one I can trust with all my future needs, love this place!

Customer service ignores you. (Update: They did eventually take care of everything swiftly, but was slow to respond.). The issue was addressed and solved.

I ordered a sound system to later find out it wasn’t the correct system and tried to cancel and reorder the correct system. They were able to fully refund my order before shipping after a few days. The VP called me and handled everything professionally. They do take a couple days to respond but understandable. Well trusted company that takes pride in name.

I know a number of people who had worked with T Sportline (and loved them!) so I called them even though I don't have a Tesla. I brought my BMW X7 and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Elie carefully explained all of the options to me so I could make an educated decision. They were realistic about the timeline and budget and all stayed on track. I was thrilled with the results - they took no shortcuts and you could tell the care they put into getting it just right. Very grateful that I got to work with them and couldn't recommend them more!

5‑Star Review for T Sportline T Sportline has transformed multiple Teslas for my husband and me, and every project has felt like watching craftsmanship turn into poetry. Their work isn't just technical -- it's visionary. Every wrap, every detail, every creative flourish lands with intention, precision, and pride. From the first message to the final handoff, the communication is seamless. Elie Rothstein, the owner, is astonishingly text‑responsive -- quick with answers, generous with guidance, and steady in his commitment to getting every nuance right. When a shop's leader communicates with that kind of clarity and care, the entire experience rises to another level. Their artistry shows in the lines, the finishes, the way each car seems to step into a sharper, more expressive version of itself. They don't just follow a vision -- they elevate it, refine it, and return it to you glowing. So here's my rhyme, because excellence deserves a little music: They dream it, they scheme it, they wrap it with style; They answer your texts and go the extra mile. They listen, they craft, they perfect every part -- A shop with precision, with passion, with heart. Five stars feels too few for a team this good, but it's the most Yelp will allow. If you want creativity, professionalism, and a crew that treats your car like a canvas, T Sportline is the place.

Premium accessories and parts. I’ve never been disappointed in this company. Their quality is right up there with big names like Unplugged Performance, but at a lower price. They also communicate promptly and will work with you on what you need. Can’t wait to try their DIY wrap kit next!

I recently purchased a set of 20" TSF wheels from T Sportline for my Model S Plaid, and the entire experience was excellent. From ordering to delivery, everything was smooth and professional.  The wheels look absolutely incredible on the car — the design is clean, aggressive, and perfectly complements the Model S Plaid. The fitment was spot-on, and the quality of the finish exceeded my expectations. You can tell these wheels are made specifically with Teslas in mind.  Shipping was fast, the packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward and the wheels balanced perfectly.  If you're looking to upgrade the look of your Tesla while maintaining top-tier quality, I highly recommend T Sportline. The TSF wheels completely transformed the appearance of my car and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. 5 stars all the way.
