Had a great experience with this shop. I brought my car in for some custom work, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated along the way.
What stood out most was the attention to detail. They treated my car like it was their own and made sure everything was done right. The finished result came out exactly how I wanted, and I've already gotten a lot of compliments on it.
It's hard to find a shop that's both skilled and honest, but this place definitely checks both boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back here again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality custom work.

Cybertruck Bumpers
I ordered front and rear bumpers for my Cybertruck and the product is great. Install took a little time as expected because the system is so extensive. I was really impressed with how well it integrates with the vehicle and the thing feels bullet-proof. Can’t wait to take it out on the trail and test it out.

Combative company leadership; read any other negative review
*Edited 5/26/2026 due to the business flagging this review as containing personal information. (They just wanted it removed due to it being negative, so I'm reposting it)
Shockingly combative and unprofessional experience with T-Sportline and Elie R., VP of Sales & Marketing and co-founder
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with T-Sportline—specifically with Elie R., VP of Sales & Marketing and co-founder—was so unnecessarily combative and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others.
I purchased three used 20" T-Sportline wheels (exact part number) for my Tesla Model S and needed to source a matching fourth wheel. I reached out to T-Sportline directly to buy one new. For over a week, I could not reach anyone by phone or email. Multiple voicemails, multiple emails—nothing. When customer service finally responded, they confirmed they had exactly the wheel I needed sitting in their warehouse.
That is where the ordeal began.
I was repeatedly asked for my vehicle specs (which I promptly provided), only to be told they “couldn’t sell the wheel” because an internal spreadsheet showed it wouldn’t fit. This was confusing because I had already test-fitted the identical wheel on my car, verified load ratings, offsets, clearances, and everything else. The wheel fits. Perfectly.
After more emails and more unreturned calls, Elie R. eventually called me back. To say the conversation was unpleasant is an understatement. From the beginning, he was dismissive, argumentative, and constantly interrupting—seemingly uninterested in understanding the actual situation. His position boiled down to:
“We’re the manufacturer. Our spreadsheet says it won’t fit. End of story.”
When I repeatedly and calmly explained that it does fit because I physically test-fit the same wheel and verified all technical criteria, he continued to push back without offering any concrete engineering reason beyond “it won’t fit.” The tone wasn’t simply firm or cautious—it was combative, unprofessional, and genuinely off-putting. I’ve dealt with aftermarket automotive companies for years and have never encountered a conversation this hostile.
Only after I pushed for a real technical explanation did he seemingly consult with an engineer. The engineer confirmed what I had been telling him from the start:
Yes, you may lose some dry-weather performance on a narrower winter wheel, but it will work exactly as intended.
I’ve now been running the wheel for two weeks with zero issues. Fitment is exactly as expected.
The problem was never that T-Sportline wanted to be cautious. I respect that. The problem was the tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism displayed during every interaction leading up to that point. As a customer simply trying to purchase one wheel, I’ve never been treated with such hostility by a company—let alone by someone representing leadership within that company.
After this ordeal, I will never buy from T-Sportline again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering them prepare for the possibility of the same combative treatment I experienced. There are too many professional, technically competent, customer-focused companies in the Tesla aftermarket world to tolerate this kind of behavior.

I understand your frustration and points. And I am truely sorry we didnt resolve the ordeal in a more reasonable or respectful way.
Look, we can make mistakes - like anyone. Clearly, we made mistakes here. Apologies are offered, along with offers to fix whatever would appreciated or appropriate. As the CEO, I am personally committed to cleaning this stuff up.

TSportline is my go to for ceramic…
TSportline is my go to for ceramic coating. They recently did my side markers using TMAXX ceramic, worked out great. Easy company to work with.

First Time. Wheels and Wrap!
This was my first aftermarket purchase for any car I've had and also my first Tesla. I bought 4 wheels and tires for my Model Y and wrapped it a beautiful satin blue! I was a bit nervous and asked a ton of questions, but the head guy (Elie) was really really helpful. He had all the patience in the world...even when I ordered something last minute. I appreciated the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you to everyone.

My trusted shop for custom wraps and wheels.
My trusted shop for tires, wheels and wraps. Been working with them for almost a decade since they opened. Just finished our seventh project together. Highly recommended. They have always stood behind all their work. The wraps are top-notch. Tires and wheels are OEM quality or better. Their custom interiors are better than any OEM. My go to Shop in Los Angeles.

Harassment
Not only did I have an awful purchase experience and poor customer service experience, I have been contacted numerous times by prior owners and now the new owners/CEO. They tried everything to get me to remove the honest review and when I declined they harassed me and would not stop contacting me. Finally they gave up but now I have the new CEO contacting me for the same reason and all others that left negative reviews. It’s just a way to try and save face. I hope all those negative reviews stay posted to warn others of this company. I will not ask again, stop contacting me! *edit* to be clear, the original review was left over a year ago. I’m not sure how this CEO wants to “help” at this point. Also to clarify, you have a 1 star review for your company’s poor product and worst customer service and a second for repeatedly harassing customers who leave honest reviews that happen to be negative.
Response from T SportlineMay 23, 2026
Well, I have tried to reach out to this reviewer, who refuses to identify themself or allow me to contact them. I am willing to help any customer, but I can't help someone who refuses help. So we now have two 1-star reviews for trying to help?
