I purchased a pre-cut PPF black satin…
I purchased a pre-cut PPF black satin kit from Tsportline and while the material (TMaxx) is excellent, two panels (above the driver and passenger) were too narrow to cover the area properly. I reached out to customer service, and they offered to let me reorder the panels—at my own expense—despite this being their mistake. After explaining why I shouldn’t pay for their error, they stopped responding entirely (nearly 3 weeks now). Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience.
