However, after further research of your order, what came over from the website to our Admin system was a black shirt and that's what we sent you. We have received your return and have refunded your money back on the card that was used. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to show on your account. However, because if the material used to make this hat (Cotton Twill) it does have the tendency to lose it color in the sun or even in the wash. Hi Celcilia, The restocking fee only applies if you are returning an item and NOT exchanging it. However, if you want to exchange it for another size, the restocking fee is waived.
