Your feedback, especially, is very importatnt because it has let us know that more of a description on our apparel is needed. As you have stated the reflective stripe does come in two ways, being sewn on, which is more restrictive or with an adhesive tape which does allow more flexibilty. We are sorry that the shirts did not work out the way you wanted but we do want to strive to continue to do betterfor you. HI Kyle, After looking at your order I do see that we shipped your order on 6/26/17 via UPS tracking number 1ZX5886W0356044511. According to UPS on 7/8/17 they have opened an investigation as they seemed to have lost your package without notifiying us. However do to this, we will be sending you another vest and we will handle the investigation with UPS. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and we will be emailing you a confirmation for your replacement vest and obviously will not be charged. Thank you!

After looking at your order, the rain pant we carry in our warehouse but the particular rain jacket you ordered is not normally stocked in our warehouse and we have the ability to ship that item from our supplier's warehouse, which unfortunately had that item on backorder. We will continue to work with all of our supplier's to try and make this process as painless as possible because we want to continue to offer you as many options as we can. After looking at your order, the second hat you ordered was shipped out on 7/3/17 via UPS tracking #1ZX5886W0355861345 and we show that it was delivered to you on 7/11. If you haven't received the second hat, please contact UPS with the tracking number and if it doesn't get resolved, please do not hesitate to contact us. Also, since the items were being shipped out of North Carolina to California what you were charged is right in line with the shipping cost from other mail services.
