Slow Support, No Clear Answer on My Refill
I signed up for a 6-month plan with Yucca Health. The way it was explained, I would be billed for 6 months up front and the medication would ship in 3-month batches because of the beyond-use date. I received the first 3-month supply, but I have not received the remaining 3 months. When I asked about it, I got bounced between “provider chat” and “support chat.” The provider/"doctor" never answered my medical question, and support took days to respond at a time. Support finally told me that I am on a 6-month plan and that the second 3-month shipment was scheduled to ship on 12/6 at no additional cost. That matches what I understood when I signed up. After I asked to turn off auto-renew so I wouldn’t be charged again in the future, my account was suddenly marked “completed,” and I was told there would be no future shipments unless I started a whole new prescription. That directly conflicts with what I was told earlier about the remaining 3 months already being part of my original order. Right now I am stuck in limbo. I paid for 6 months. I only have 3 months. I have asked for confirmation that I will still receive the refill I was already told to expect, and I have not received a clear answer in over a day. Here’s my honest experience so far: • Communication from the prescribing physician has been nonexistent. • Support responses feel scripted and inconsistent. I keep getting different answers. • The moment I said I might not continue automatic billing, it felt like they were trying to close out my plan instead of honoring the rest of what I already paid for. I am not comfortable recommending Yucca Health right now. I just want the remaining portion of the plan I already paid for, without being pushed into renewing or reordering again. 10/27/25 Update: Documenting that I have sent an email reply per the company's request below. I'd also like to note that I have yet to receive a response via their chat portals: support or doctor. 10/27/25 Second Update: For clarity, I signed up for my Yucca account under my full legal name and have been actively messaging their team through the patient portal for weeks. Pointing out a name mismatch on Trustpilot feels irrelevant to resolving the issue. Support also said a Care Specialist would contact me and asked for a phone number to call me. I’ve already requested that all communication stay in writing (portal or email) so I have a record, because this is about the remaining medication from a 6-month plan that I already paid for. As of now, I am still waiting on written confirmation that: 1) The second 3-month shipment that was previously confirmed for 12/6 at no additional cost will still be sent, and 2) I will not be charged again without my authorization now that I’ve asked to pause auto-renew. I will update this review if I receive clear written confirmation of those two points. 10/29/25: Final update: After a lot of back and forth and having to repeatedly ask for clarification, I did finally receive written confirmation from a supervisor. They confirmed that (1) I will still receive the remaining 3-month shipment from my original 6-month plan at no extra cost, and (2) I will not be auto-charged again unless I choose to start a new prescription. It took multiple messages to get clear answers, but I did get them in writing.
