Yucca health and the support team
My experience has been great from the start an ongoing. I'd like to 1st give April her accolades for her patience with my numerous & repeated questions prior to committing and purchasing. She literally is my why for chosing Yucca health. I purchased 6 months as it was affordable. Next Hazel reached out to insure I got properly on boarded and was comfortably acclaimated to the program, medications and navigating the website thank you Hazel pardon my tardiness on writing this review. Ultimately Ivy one of the team supervisors reached out to further insure everything Hazel and I discussed was to my satisfaction. The meds ( semaglutide) arrived timely and as stated in a cold pack. I am currently on week 5. I can say that prior to week 3, I had lost 3 Lbs. I choose to implement the healthy habits like eating nutrious meals, increase water intake and increase movement as is suggested. I do not weight myself every week, I do document my activites and injections. Side effects (nausea) have been very minimal and tolerable. So far I'm satisfied and look forward to continued weight loss with Yucca health.

Great service
So far so good! Excellent customer service, received my medication quickly and right on time. People helping have been great - answered questions quickly and very friendly.

I have had the best experience with Yucca Health
I have had the best experience with Yucca Health. They are so quick to answer questions and deal with issues if you have them. They are also very knowledgeable in this area! I have been losing weight, loving my new body, which is still getting towards my goal. I absolutely can’t say anything bad about Yucca Health!!!

I have only taken one shot
I have only taken one shot. But if we are talking about customer service I am very happy with it they would get a 5. The easy of getting the medication and approved I would give it a 5. At this point I am very happy with my experience with Yucca health.
