I am very sensitive to medications so from the start of treatment Dr Niazi was very helpful, professional and worked closely with me to work on the correct dosage of Semiglutide . Unfortunately, I was not able to tolerate even the micro dose so Dr Niazi recommended stopping the treatment as my health and comfort was most important. I contacted the customer support team and spoke with Joanna who assisted me with other options and also spoke with the service dept and was able to provide a slight refund for the product that had not been opened. Liz was beneficial in guiding me in the new patient information call. The product came quickly, well packaged with clear directions. I definitely recommend Yucca Health. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Quick response to questions.

The process was simple and smooth from beginning to end, and the customer service has been excellent. They sent where and when it was promised. I was able to change a delivery date, without problems. As it turns out, tirzepitide just doesn’t quiet that noise hunger like a compounded semi/glutide did. However, I plateaued on semi-glutide and couldn’t seem to lose anything on tirzepitide. So, after 6 months on the later, I am through throwing money at things that just aren’t working. I’m sad.
