Everything was explained clearly, especially the treatment directions, so I felt confident and informed the whole time. The process itself was simple and smooth, shipping was fast, and what impressed me the most was the incredibly quick response and turnaround time for the doctor's approval. It seemed my order was not processing after 7 days had gone by, and talking to your AI chat was so very frustrating, So I requested a callback and was so thankful that Joanna called me. JOanna was knowledgeable, solved the problem and cleared up all my doubts. When I started my GLP journey i started out with Yuca, had lost almost 20lbs, then took a month off during the holidays but I’m ready to get the last 10lbs off and wanted to continue with Yuca.
