I wanted to change my dose and remain at a 5mg instead of titrating up. I needed to have this done asap or risk being charged again at a dose I didn’t want. I messaged the doctor, they told me to contact support. Support told me to contact the doctor. AI chat told me I can do it myself, which was not true. I emailed the company and they told me I had to make a new account. The whole thing was a mess and incredibly frustrating. I was not going to make a new account and lose my current account, none of it made sense. Finally after about a week, someone reached out to me and fixed the whole situation. I was so happy and relieved. Amazing customer service. They stuck with me and made sure I was happy with my new plan AND offered me a $100 credit each month for a year. This company is worth trying.

Communication is phenomenal so far with researching for a year on the best company to work with for my medication I so far am very pleased that I decided to choose Yucca Health. On boarding with Lucky was amazing and she is very knowledgeable and sweet to talk to. I have not taken my first dose yet but I feel confident that once I do and have any questions I will be supported and assisted with my questions and confident that they will be answered promptly.
