My experience so far has been amazing
My experience so far has been amazing! Thanks to Hazel who is very responsive and helpful! She has made this process so easy. I feel so relieved in knowing I can count on her to get things done quickly! Her customer service is top notch!! Thank you so much Hazel!!

Jilo from customer support was amazing
Jilo from customer support was extremely helpful! I ran into some shipping errors and he looked into the straight away for me and got it all handled within a timely manner

My experience has been amazing
My experience has been amazing. I initially had trouble logging in to my patient portal and reached out to their support. Not only were they quick in response but also followed up after not hearing from me. And my welcome call with Johann was great. He was super friendly, answered all my questions and was super informative. Would recommend 10X over!

Got approved for my treatment and…
Got approved for my treatment and received it very quickly. Had a few issues with getting my portal set up but customer service has been great in communicating with me to resolve the problem. Johann did a great job explaining all of the resources that were available to me.

Really good experience
I got my meds yesterday! And Hazel called me today and gave an orientation about how to navigate by the app. So far really good experience .

Super Nice and Super Helpful
I was confused on what medication was being shipped and Jilo completely helped me figure it out and had the correct option shipped and I was given a tracking number before the chat even ended. Highly recommend.

This program have great customer…
This program have great customer service and support. I had Hazel walk me through the process and she was very helpful. This program give the action to used affirm and other way to pay for it and this is great for me. I am looking forward to work with this team.❤️
