When looking for support it is easy to access and navigate the patient portal. Quick and easy set up and knowing there is no membership has really been beneficial for finances. Rachel was my “on boarding” rep and she explained everything throughly.

So far a good experience- I just placed my order last night and had a welcome call today. Johann was helpful and personable. He was able to explain everything very well. I am giving 4 stars for now. Once I see how the delivery goes I may review again but so far so good.

When I first started I was kind of skeptical about the whole process. But I have had consistent results and communication has been great. I would say I am a nurse and didn’t need much support but knew it was there if needed. Highly recommend Yucca and definitely happy with my GLP-1 journey.

Let's start - I signed up for the 6mo medication, paid in full was prescribed the first 3 months and it arrived within a week. I'm now 11 weeks in, getting ready to go up to the 10mg dose and have lost about about 12lbs. My understanding is the biggest weight loss happens in the higher doses so more to come. This is where things fell off the rails but I'll say Yucca has been extremely quick to respond and I think has made it right Somehow I was billed for 1 month, twice, and shipped 1 month of medication instead of the 3 months already paid for, but the charges were reversed. Next, somehow while processing what was supposed to be the next 3 months of 10, 12.5, & 15mg doses i received the first 3 month doses and again their customer service responded quickly and made the correction and worked to ship the correct medication. So far the medication seems to be working as expected, losing weight and they have been very quick to fix their mistakes. I like others wasn't sure if this company was legit or real medication but both are true. Lastly their price point is great when you first sign up and then seem to be the industry standard each month so I wish they would offer a continued discount to pay in advance for additional months. Also while their patient portal is easy to navigate, I believe my issues arouse from how it triggers you to check in which turns out I didn't need to do. Yes I would recommend Tryyucca

I've been utilizing Yucca Health for about 6 months now to manage my weight loss prescription journey. Deliveries are timely and accurate, with clear communication along the way. I find their app intuitive and easy to use. That being said, I have experienced a few hiccups with dosage, subscription management, and expiration dates. The support team is phenomenal and has consistently proven their eagerness to meet my needs and answer any questions I may have with quick responses and resolution. Price points are on par with the many other providers out there. For me, the difference with Yucca Health is truly the level of support that is available through their service.
