I just started using the Yucca app and…
I just started using the Yucca app and so far, I’m really impressed. The app is very easy to navigate, and my medication arrived clearly labeled with simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Johann, the representative who called me, was extremely helpful and kind. Great experience so far!

The whole process was so easy
The whole process was so easy, from ordering to being approved and getting the medication. Johann was very friendly and professional, making sure I didn't have questions and everything was explained. Looking forward to see results.

I would choose Yucca all over again
I only have good things to say about Yucca Health. The approval process was easy and I received my order very quickly. The instructions were clear and Hazel was super helpful in showing me around the portal and making sure to answer any questions I had !

April in customer service has been such…
April in customer service has been such a help to me. I was accidentally sent the wrong formulation and she was able to help correct this mistake and get me the product I initially requested with no additional cost or hassle on my end. Great experience so far!

I received my medication quickly and ready to get started!
I received my medication quickly and directions are easy to understand. Rachelle was great with my onboard call and helped me understand my personal portal and how to connect to the doctor directly.
