Very easy to set up a plan and get your order ship two day air after getting approved at night as soon I finished my questionnaire. Welcome call was amazing and very understandable and got all my question answered.

It was an easy process!
It was an easy process, quick shipping and the welcome call with Johann really made me feel comfortable with getting my treatments started. Overall a great experience.

The ordering system was simple and easy…
The ordering system was simple and easy within 3 days I had my medication and talked to a great representative Rachelle who was happy to help and offered me anytime assistance through the process.

Love their products but love the customer service the most!
I’ve been with Yucca for about six months now, and all the products I have receive are been great, and the shipping is great but I must say my favorite thing so far has been the customer service. Anytime I’ve ever had a question or have been confused and needed help, someone from their team has been able to assist. They’ve always been patient and kind and more than willing to assist through every step of the process…it’s also very refreshing being able to speak to a person when I have questions!

Recently started my GLP-1 journey and…
Recently started my GLP-1 journey and Yucca has made it seamless so far!! Especially Hazel during our onboarding phone call, she was so nice and explained things well. I look forward to seeing the progress I make!
