This was the easiest and most rewarding experience I have ever had! From the moment I signed up it was back to back information on what comes next and what to expect and how tos! I literally didn’t have to ask 1 question because all the tools they give you and resources that are available in your emails and your patient portal have every single thing you need! After I received my shipment, which was texted to me as soon as it hit my doorstep, I logged in and tracked my first dose! It told me what to do and how to in a way that I could understand! No complicated terms or explanations. Then the next day I had a welcome call with Johann and he literally explained everything I didn’t have to ask a question because he touched base on all steps or options on my portal! 5STARS FOR SIGN UP PROCESS AND TO JOHANN FOR MY WELCOME CALL! I love everything about Yucca. I enjoy how easy and quick it was to get signed up. I am so glad I don’t have to go into a doctors office and everything came to my door. Onboarding was super simple easy and Hazel was a delight! I couldn’t ask for anything more. I can chat directly with the provider through the portal although a lot of the information is online. Yucca is very efficient. I’m so excited to start hitting my goals now.
