Yucca Health for a newbie on GLP-1 has been very helpful and the portal very user friendly. The team has been very supportive and friendly. Hazel helped me feel comfortable and prepared to start my journey.

Thanks to Yucca Health, I was able to access weight loss treatment, and the registration process was easy and convenient. Hazel from the Yucca team welcomed me and was ready to answer my questions and resolve any doubts I had. The website also provides a practical way to track our progress on the plan. I am excited to get started! Thanks again to Yucca—and especially to Hazel—for your assistance.

The communication was great
The communication was great. Rachelle, who onboarded me, was prompt, professional and friendly. She sent a reminder text before our phone call and called at the time I requested. She also followed through with the information and links I requested during our call. Rachelle took the time to give me pointers on the app which was also very helpful. I am looking forward to starting this journey back to health!

The approval process is easy and quick
The approval process is easy and quick. I received a friendly call from Hazel this afternoon and she thoroughly covered the portal and what to do if I have questions. My order is set to arrive tomorrow, which is less than a week from when I placed the order. I am looking forward to my journey with Yucca Health!
