I am about to start my weight loss journey with Yucca Health. I recently experienced an issue with my first shipment and the agent that assisted me Khel was extremely patient, helpful, and supportive to help resolve my issue. I am very excited to start this new phase of my life.

Omg........!!!! I had the best experience yesterday with the customer representative Jason Vincent. He paid very close attention to my needs, provided me with excellent suggestions and provided me with reassurance during the process. Jason made sure all of my needs were met and personally guided me through the steps to ensure my experience was a success. Every question I had Jason provided the answer and double checked with his colleagues before providing me with answers. On top of that I prescription was provided under 24 hours. I’ve had a great experience with Yucca Health. From the beginning to the end, everything has been fast, easy, and straightforward. Communication has been excellent, any time I’ve called and left a message, I’ve always received a callback, and I’ve had no issues getting in touch with someone when I needed help. At first, I was a little hesitant, but my experience has been nothing but positive so far. The process has felt smooth and supportive the entire way through. The customer service they provide! Of course price is important (which they offered the best), but the follow ups, responses, friendliness, knowledge, and how they treat customers is what got me to go with them. I was shopping around a lot but am so glad I ended up here! Highly recommend!!

I am very satisfied with the product; I started using it on April 25th. It has resolved all my questions, concerns, and doubts. The team they have is excellent; I encountered an issue when placing my order—I accidentally ordered it twice—but thanks to the team, they were able to cancel the duplicate order and send me the correct dosage. I didn't finish the process online after the pricing page. 15 mins later Harold reached out via text, my preferred method of communication anyway, and we communicated that way over the course of a few hours. I was working so I could not answer every text right away. Most times there is a "grace period" in which the conversation ends, but this one didn't‐perfect! Although there wasn't much he could do with the pricing, he broke it down for better for my comprehension. Once I decided, he sent a link that was super easy to finish. I didn't do anything past that because he did all the follow up! Very, very smooth process! Yes, the pricing is a little steep but with the service I received, it is all worth it!
