I worked with Joanna and she went above and beyond helping me with my situation. I have been with Yucca Health since December of 2025 and my last order was lost in transit right by UPS right before I was supposed to receive it. Their Customer Service was terrible and a broken record without any answers even after filing a claim. Joanna was most helpful in contacting the pharmacy and getting me a replacement shipment sent out through Fedex immediately. And with FedEx I received my order 2 days earlier than expected. I am most satisfied with Joanna's performance and attention to detail and also with keeping me updated. 10/10 Performance. Keep up the great work!

I like Yuca med because there are no hitting fees and anytime you need to talk to someone they answer you within minutes and try to resolve the issue right away and the price is fair with options to stop anytime the client wants or stop payment for a month and then continue I personally love how I have been treated and a plus is that you get your meds withing a day or two
