Dosage not clear
Ordering and shipping was good. However I thought my dose was supposed to go up after the first couple of weeks and my dose never changed the whole. Which eventually felt like it wasn’t working for me any more. I sent a message asking about the dose getting upped but never heard back

The actual purchase went fine, but…
The actual purchase went fine, but the communication with the doctor and support is ATROCIOUS. I created the most recent purchase by mistake, by simply attempting to update my dosage on the app. I tried to contact everyone to cancel that because I already have a subscription. No answer, and no cancellation. Now I have 2 months worth of medicine and spent a ton of money. PLEASE make sure my subscription and all future shipments are cancelled.

Its way to hard to talk and connect…
Its way to hard to talk and connect with someone in customer service. we as customers cant just sit nxt to our phones or lap tops for 24 hours waiting for a chat or phone call to come thru only to try can call back and leave yet another message.

Help
I’ve been on my Glp1 for 3 weeks now. Zero weight loss? I can’t be too active due to a medical diagnosis so is that why I haven’t lost ? Please please help

I did not get the dosage I needed I’m…
I did not get the dosage I needed I’m not sure what went wrong. I thought I had emailed or given proof of my current prescription (0.5mg) but I was shipped a smaller dose than I am currently taking (0.25 mg) and now I have 3 months of it.

Think twice before using…
This company NEVER sent me the correct dosage of medication. After month 1, they continued to send me the starting dose, although I was to get the increased dose. They then told me to just increase the units I was injecting. But then continued to send me the first dose time after time!

Customer service great
Customer service great, product is so diluted that not only have i not lost a pound from being on a previous dr prescribed semaglutide, I've actually gained weight. They were quick to offer $100 off next refill, which i canceled, but wouldn't credit the $100 Disappointed I'll update to 2 stars as asked by yucca, your customer service is great, however the product quality is the issue. Sorry
