Exactly one year ago, I started my GLP-1 journey with Yucca Health. I lost nearly 60 pounds from June to November, and was still about six pounds from my target weight. Then my appetite came back and I began gaining weight again, slowly. I surmised it was because I stepped up (from 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, etc.) to 12.5 mg and 15mg and those dosages simply didn't work for me - and I was beginning to get sick. I was at my best at 5mg and 7.5mg, and I wanted to go back. When I contacted someone a YH, they told me that I couldn't "step down" and recommended that I microdose the 15mg - inject half of what I'd normally inject and that would equate to 7.5mg. Although I understand the math, I was still injecting the 15mg dosage ... and of course it didn't work. My appetite was raging, my cravings were back. I ultimately gave up on YH and switched to pills through Hims. After five weeks, I ended up GAINING 13 pounds and am now about 19 lbs. away from my target weight. Ughhh. I decided to contact YH again to see if I can begin treatments, but NOT have anything prescribed that would be over 7.5mg. After a few frustrating (and somewhat confusing) interactions online with a doctor - who actually was very responsive and in the end quite helpful - an angel named Joanna from Support began to chat with me. I told her what I wanted, and she got that for me. She spelled everything out nicely, explained everything to me in simple terms, and ultimately got me what I needed - a treatment plan that would keep me at 7.5mg. I couldn't be happier! I decided to lower my goal (target weight) from 199 to 190 - a weight I haven't been at for about 15 years - and am confident I can get there. I was 265 exactly a year ago today, and stand at 218 today. If I can get to 190, I'd be elated, and I'd have nobody but Joanna to thank. The first six months with Yucca Health were amazing - the weight was falling off me in bunches. I was losing 5 pounds a week. My jeans, tee-shirts and pullover jackets all fit again. My dress shirts actually button at the top, with some room to spare! I can wear ties again. I am wearing belts again. Although the last six months haven't yielded the same results, I'm sure that my treatment plan of staying at 7.5mg every week for three months will do the trick. Or at least I hope so! I can't wait to scoff at a bag of Doritos again. Yucca Health works! And Joanna is a ROCK STAR !!!

Out of all the companies coming up on my social media for Tirzepatide information, this “unknown” appeared. I haven’t lost many pounds (only 10) so far but I’d rather lose it slow and keep it off. My appetite is way down and that is wonderful I don’t feel hungry all the time anymore. Best advice I can give anyone is to eat a prune every morning you’ll thank me later! The staff that yucca has to answer questions is amazing and very helpful and prompt.

I have lost 60 pounds and feel great! My treatment has helped control my appetite and lose the weight. My Blood Pressure has improved tremendously as well. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it .
