I did have a misunderstanding with the amount and the way the billing takes place, but after a little conversation with them we were able to find a plan that worked perfectly for me. Within a couple of hours it was fixed my approval was submitted and my prescription was on the way to the pharmacy.

I’ve been on a GLP-1 program through Yucca for about a year now, and my experience has been genuinely life-changing. I’ve lost over 100 pounds so far and am continuing on the program with strong results and support. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was how they handled a shipping mix-up I had. The customer service team was excellent at answering all my questions. They walked me through the process and as I didn’t want vitamin B12 in my formula took care to make sure that it would not be added to my formula. I appreciate all of the help and follow-up I received.
