Our subscription is disclosed at checkout and included in the order confirmation email, however if it was not clear to you at the time of purchase that is something we take seriously. An unanswered support request on top of an unexpected charge is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we apologise for that. Hi Yara, we hear you and we want to make this right. We want to be transparent - our subscription is clearly displayed on our product page and at checkout, and must be actively selected before any purchase goes through. Three charges means three subscription cycles were processed based on that selection. That said, we never want a customer to feel stuck.
