Easy and well explained

the website was easy to find all the information needed.

I placed my order on the 23rd of May, paid extra for expedited shipping - I still have not received the product. I contacted customer service and they assured me it’s on the way…I find it hard to believe that statement as it’s been almost a month and still am waiting. I wished I would have read more reviews before purchasing such an expensive product - I am now requesting a full refund as I still haven’t gotten it. If it doesn’t not get settled by the email I send - I will contact my bank and request a full refund as this is ridiculous on all fronts!

It’s been 11 days and still hasn’t shipped.

Ordering was easy and a pleasant experience.

I received my order and does not work. I have sent emails to customer service and just going in circles. All I get is “ please refer to put refund or return policy” Over and over again. What I would like is to exchange for a product that does work. I paid the money and got something useless if doesn’t work. So disappointing and frustrating dealing with a company that makes it impossible to get help from. Was also disappointed with the cheap packaging. I am not impressed
