I can only address the experience of purchasing the device, since that happened today. The site was clear and informational and convincing but not in a strong-arming way. I’m looking forward to trying the device.

This company is eager to take your money and send the device. I have tried to return the device for weeks, and there is no reply to my many emails. I cannot find a phone number, or any other way to contact them. Note that you can't try it and return the device. Their ads are intentionally misleading. It needs to be UNUSED or they will not reimburse you.

I didn't recieve what I expected so I contacted Venu for a quick return. In the beginning they at least answered my mails but they were giving me a return address that 2 seperate courier companies wouldn't accept. They said the address just simply didn't exist. I kept contacting Venu but they have just stopped answering my mails. Such bad service. This all started on the 3rd of July and the last reply I've received is from the 8th July!
