This company is eager to take your money and send the device. I have tried to return the device for weeks, and there is no reply to my many emails. I cannot find a phone number, or any other way to contact them. Note that you can't try it and return the device. Their ads are intentionally misleading. It needs to be UNUSED or they will not reimburse you.

I didn't recieve what I expected so I contacted Venu for a quick return. In the beginning they at least answered my mails but they were giving me a return address that 2 seperate courier companies wouldn't accept. They said the address just simply didn't exist. I kept contacting Venu but they have just stopped answering my mails. Such bad service. This all started on the 3rd of July and the last reply I've received is from the 8th July!

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! I OTDERED 2 DEVICES AND PAID. WAITED PATIENTLY AND ONLY RECEIVED THE RED-LIGHT NOT THE TONER. WHEN TRIED TO CONTACT ABOUT MY MISSING DEVICE ALL I'VE GOTTEN IS THE ROUND AROUND. NO REFUND!!! NO NEW DEVICE!!! DON'T WASTE MONEY

Simply scam. Order process was fast and easy just as everyone says, but then no order confirmation came through despite successful charge on the card. A month later I emailed the company to ask for a copy of the order so I could track the delivery - I reply. Emailed again - zero answer. Tried different ways of contacting via the website etc - radio silence. And no product arriving either. In the end I had to report fraud to my bank which is still investigating 2 months after my initial purchase. Moreover when I started looking for the info on the company I realised that they’re reselling $15 Chinese devices from Ali Express as if their own branded innovations for $175. What a scam!

This device advertises “only 10 minutes a day” but when you receive it, the directions say 45 minutes a day. That is one heck of a difference! I have used this for 3 months with absolutely no improvement. What a scam, and I fell for it. Fake reviews also in my opinion.

This company is a scam. Product doesn't work. I've been trying to contact them through emails, Instagram. I've been doing everything to get to them. No response. It has been months now. I've lost $118 for nothing. Don't fall into this scam.

Absolute scam. Emailed asking to cancel order before it was dispatched. Apparently thia was not possible so I was advised to wait for delivery then return at my expense and I would receive a refund once I uploaded tracking info. LIES!!!!! £20 to send back, uploaded tracking info and receipt - 3 emails later and being completely ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
