I bought a total cleanse and tried it but it didn’t really work for us. I had to contact them to help cancel subscription and they were very kind and helpful. They also responded very quickly. The customer service was excellent!

Hi Melinda, A five-star review on customer service after the product itself didn't land means more than most, so thank you! Glad the cancellation was fast and painless. If anything ever brings you back, or you have feedback on what didn't work for your family, our door is open. — The Velvra Team

Unfortunately, my daughter had a bad reaction to this. Suspicious she was allergic to something. She got sores on her mouth and a rash on the roof of her mouth.
Response from VelvraAug 4, 2026
Hi Miranda, We're so sorry to hear your daughter had this reaction. Sores and a rash like this are not something we see with typical use, and we want to make sure she's okay. Please stop any further doses and check in with her pediatrician to be safe. Christina from our team will reach out to you directly by email today to work through next steps with you until we fully resolve this. — The Velvra Team
