Sarah & the Team were great to deal with. I made a mistake & ordered the wrong colour as part of a larger purchase, but they resent me the right ones. Great feel & very happy with the fit & the customer service.

I would not do business with this company again. We tried an exchange for a different size (which was cumbersome and took forever--email is the only contact method and they didn't respond in a timely fashion) and the replacements still didn't fit (dress shirts fit all too short). No refund available.

Very responsive customer service. Quickly took care of the exchange.

These shirts are great. The fabric feels luxurious, and I love the fact that they are pretty much wrinkle free right out of the dryer. The fit is very nice as well, although I do think the sizes may run a little small. I ordered one size larger than I normally do. Have worn these several times now and always get compliments on them!

I ordered the first shirts at what i thought was the right size. They were way too small. I emailed them and told my problem. Without any hesitation they sent me the next size up at no charge! Customer service like this is hard to these days. The product as amazing to wear and I feel great every time I put on. Highly recommend doing business with this company!

My experience with Tone Tec was excellent, due to their promptness and willingness to immediately assist with an exchange (I had ordered the wrong size). They were prompt, friendly, and professional in every course of interaction with them. Highly rated and recommended!
