Pure and utter junk. Lowest quality cheaply made rubbish.

My issues were addressed and a solution was presented that was more than fair.

High quality products and a great customer service

Despite previous requests I did not received replacements for the two shirts which were incorrectly sized (not the sizes i ordered) and were not as described ( wrong colour sent) ordered dec 19 2024, initial order arrived 30 Dec, replacements not shipped until Feb 14 (they were meant to be xmas presents) , despite many emails. then 10 months later you ask for feedback ???

We have ordered 10 of the Tonetec collared shirts in various colors. These shirts are amazing. As advertised they fit great, they feel great and they never wrinkle. I will definitely buy more soon.

Customer service was attentive and friendly.

They may get your order wrong, like they did with me, but they will make it right.

Great quality shirts, and great service. I ordered three medium, but they were larger than expected. They quickly replaced them with three small. My only issue would be the shipping times are slow, but that's the problem when buying from China - you save money, but just have to be patient!
