I contacted snow as I had lost my charging base and wanted to buy a replacement. I was assured my toothbrush was still under warranty and they would send a new toothbrush with charger free of charge!! Absolutely amazing customer service and an amazing toothbrush! I needed a new charger for my brush. I was advised my toothbrush is still under warranty and the whole system would be replaced! What an awesome surprise! John, customer service was AWESOME! Not only did the time in the dentist chair get cut to nearly in half due to my exceptionally clean teeth, this company stands by their product if there is a malfunction! A product that does what it says it will do AND BACKED UP BY A GREAT WARRANTY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’ve been using SNOW products for a couple of years and have never had an issue ordering before. I live outside of the US and the product I wanted was not showing as being available. When I contacted customer service, they processed the order for me and were SUPER helpful! Best customer service I’ve had in quite some time.
