To be honest I didn't think I would be helped because my husband purchased the product back in 2021 which I'd forgotten about so when I did open it earlier this year and it broke after 3 days of use I didn't even try to contact the company. So I'm very Happy I did. Marine at Snow was excellent handling my issue.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and for sharing. So many customers have also waited before getting assistance, only because they are not fully aware of all that is offered with their SNOW purchases. A knowledgeable Customer Support Team for one. We tell our customers to always reach out to us with any questions or concerns. Better late than not at all!!! It is good that you circled back to see what your options were to address your concerns to get to a more suitable solution. Thanks for the 5-Star Review! SNOW

I bought an electric toothbrush over a year ago and it suddenly stopped working so I took a chance really not expecting much and wrote them explaining what happened, I was contacted right away and offered a replacement free of charge with free shipping, I would totally recommend any of the snow products and any other products that this company owns, they truly stand by there products.
