I ordered this product over a week ago and paid the extra money for 3-5 business day shipping. My product supposedly shipped out on the 3rd day but the shipment was then "voided" later that afternoon. They already took my money from my account so I'm confused. I then emailed with my questions as to why my shipment was voided after they had already charged me. I did not receive a response. I have emailed 4 times over the past 4 days and still no response. I called the number that the contact page provided and the number does not work. I messaged their Facebook page and now have been waiting 2 days to get a reply when it shows that they typically reply in a couple of hours. I'm convinced this is a scam and if I do not here back from them soon, I'm calling my bank and my best friend's brother who is a lawyer.

Clearly Snow are paying for fake reviews. Check the profiles and you’ll see they have all reviewed the same products - Dixon’s leather, Birch Gold for example. Wanted to try this product but clearly any company prepared to pay for fake reviews is not one to be trusted and buyers should be made aware of this. I have reported some of the profiles so TrustPilot are aware now - I would hope they would take action...

the corded system will not work with USB C devices (even with a micro or lightning to USB C adapter) the "service" department is non-existent - no response despite repeated requests to change to Bluetooth option. If it works for you, great, if not. it seems you are out of luck and out of $150!

It’s been three weeks since I ordered and I still haven’t gotten any update. No email, no tracking, nothing.

All of these reviews are fake. Be warned, snow will use ANYTHING to increase its image. They have admitted to using fake reviews in their ads and when you look at reviews on Amazon all of the 5 star reviews are from accounts with stock profile pictures and captions like “wow really works!” Or “wow very amazing” it’s so clearly bulls**t. This is a massive scam do not buy their product at any cost

Super fast shipping and amazing results after the first few uses. This is the first product I've used that doesn't cause sensitivity. Very easy to use, too!

I ordered 3 months ago & never got my product. I finally got someone on social media to respond & they told me that they would forward a refund request to another department & I would hear something. That was almost a month ago. I tried to make contact again to check on my refund via social media & they blocked me!!! So now I have ZERO ways to communicate with them about my refund. This is a scam. They steal money. They can’t even provide minimum customer service. Buyer beware!!!

I’ve been using snow teeth whitening for 13 days straight now & am already seeing a difference! I like that it’s easy to use & portable. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could see a difference but I also knew it would take more than a couple uses. Probably a week in I thought maybe I saw a difference but in the last few days I see the difference is clear! My smile is now two shades whiter & I love it!
