I ordered their teeth whitening kit and after two weeks the LED light started malfunctioning. I emailed them several times and got no response. Only the automatic reply they have programmed saying they are reviewing. Phone number provided has been down for at least 6 weeks. They still are taking money for additional products ordered so they are definitely operating off their website. Maybe I should try to contact the New England Patriots to let Rob Gronkowski know what is going on since the site says he is a partial owner. They are quick to take your money, and there is ZERO customer service. Maybe better business bureau needs to be alerted. Can't even register the product on the website to activate the 5 year warranty. I'M TICKED OFF BIG TIME.

Same here, I tried called numbers 480 470 6184 and 480 845 0321. Both phones numbers are not in service but why it's on the www..trysnow.com website got that phone number to contact, i am trying to reach the snow teeth customer service that i am not happy with my orders. Also, the email [email protected], unfortunately, no responses on both phone or email.

If I could give them Zero stars I would.Took forever to ship and once I finally got it and used it 3 times, the light on the mouthguard stopped working!tried contacting SNOW and no response??!
