I have been using this product since December. It's amazing. I have noticed a HUGE difference. I have to say the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my mouthpiece, and Zach answered my email immediately. To my surprise, they have sent a replacement device out to me. Thanks Again guys. I'm a customer for life. Now of you could just expand into having a warehouse here in Canada that would be Amazing lol. Keep up the great service.

Ordered 1 year supply of whitening and LED light with mouthpiece. Got the whitening sticks, which took about 4 weeks, and did not get the mouthpiece. Emailed service and spoke with Zach, who is extremely unprofessional and rude, to say the least. Asked when I should receive my mouthpiece 14 days ago, and was promised it would be sent out in a week. 1 week later, still don't have any tracking information for this item. I have sent numerous follow-up emails, and still have no response. Requested a return and refund instead due to the inconvenience, and was advised that I would get a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from my refund automatically. Never have I ever heard of this, let alone the fact that this is completely out of my control, and shouldn't have to wait months on end for my order to be completed. As I haven't been getting anywhere, I sent this similar message to their reviews on facebook, which has been removed. Note, if you try and look at customer reviews, there are none, apparently. As this was deleted, I attempted to write to them on one of their advertisements on facebook. This was removed and I am blocked from commenting further. I have though, been able to write my comments on their Instagram, which was about a month ago, and they have replied to other's questions, but haven't bothered to acknowledge mine. Please don't give yourself the headache with ordering from them. This is a nightmare, and also feels like a scam. Just go anywhere else. I have read many reviews from their competitors, and clearly shows many have the same frustrations with this company and have gone elsewhere, for the same results and a fraction of the price.

This is a very serious Company. Unfortunately, my device, didn't turn on when I got it in México. I send a mail to a guy with the name of Zach. He answered very fast, and he replaced all the equipment with the new generation one. I'm very happy for that. In the time that I have used it, IT WORKS, and my teeth, are whiter...!!! Thank you very much.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Paid $200, 3 months ago, still no product. 3 weeks of requesting a refund - not 1 response, the last response I got was that they put the $200 package in a US postal service mailbox - without tracking and expected it to turn up at my doorstep, 7000 miles away and when it didn't its just tough luck. Still waiting on even 1 response to my emails asking for refunds. Stole $200 of my money during this economic turmoil. SHAMEFUL. Worst customer service I've ever seen and i'm out $200!

They say a company is a good as it’s after sales service. Nothing worse than buying a product and being left out to dry if you have a problem. My problem was dearth with efficiently and with dignity too. My teeth look great too. Very impressed 👍

Although it took a little longer than expected to arrive, the product is worth the price. I have been using SNOW for almost a week, and I am already seeing results. The product is easy to use, and easy to clean. Unlike other whitening products I have tried, SNOW is pain free. I look forward to buying other products from this company as well. Just within the first week, I have referred friends and family to try the product as well.
