My family recently purchased several of the snow whitening systems, and I must say, all of us are totally satisfied and completely impressed with the products! I, however, had a slight issue with a loose cord so I contacted customer service and was immediately issued a new one through the mail… So that being said, I give at least five stars out of five to this company with a shout out to the amazing people that are working in customer service there…

Quick delivery on all items ordered from them. Products work great and have seen improvements in teeth whiteness very quickly!

This is a great product, however, when there’s an issue with shipment good luck! Spent weeks trying to track package to then learn it was lost in transit, appreciate these things happen. However my customer service experience had been beyond dreadful and continues. I firstly got caught in an admin nightmare and countless emails having to chase - eventually order was reprocessed or so I was advised! A few weeks later, chase the order to be told there’s an issue with global delivery service, when I asked for tracking details told I would be provided those when order was fulfilled!!! (Took several emails and days of chasing to get a response, the x24 hour service response time seems to be waived when you have an issue). Requested a refund and this was processed immediately to the tune of £0. Looks like more wasted hours chasing a phantom order!

Not only is this a great product, (so much so, my 15 year old daughter started using mine) but the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a lost package, and they were very helpful. I really am grateful!

I have been using snow products for a little over a week now. My teeth have started to change color with getting older and being a coffee and sweet tea drinker. Now after a week, my teeth are starting to whiter and I have my beautiful smile back! I love these products❤️

I see a difference after just two uses. Customer service is always quick to respond. This is a legit product & a legit company and I’m so happy I ran across them; you will be too!!

I have been using the Snow toothpaste for several months now. Nearing 40 years old and an avid coffee drinker I had yellow stains on my teeth. I noticed an immediate difference!! The texture is nice and it tastes good, plus with the subscription option I never have to worry about running out!!
