Still no assistance. Numerous emails sent, no response. I am just wanting a refund for a product I have not received. I had sent through the forms as requested and still nothing!

Very responsive customer service with a desire to solve a problem. Quick follow up to emails. I haven't had my wireless kit long enough to rate it but haven't had issues with ensitivity for the two days I've had it -- which is a huge plus in my book! Thank you snow.

Snow’s customer service is very helpful. The original device I ordered did not work with my phone and when I contacted cs they sent out a replacement quickly. They also continued to stay in contact with me until I received one that would work. I am very happy with the effort and the time they put into making sure their customers are satisfied. As far as how the item works, I am starting to see a difference in the color of my teeth, it’s slow, but it seems to be working!! So, I would recommend this product.

Snow teeth whitening kit came fast! I used it right away followed the directions. I noticed a change after my first use of the regular pen. Going to try the extreme next! I have sensitive teeth and it did not hurt at all!
