I have been using snow since 2020 and have loved it and constantly get compliments on how white my teeth are. Unfortunately, my wired mouthpiece shorted out recently. When I contacted Snow to see if I could get a replacement, I was immediately contacted back and was assured that a new one would be sent to me right away.. The Snow team is incredible and their customer service is the best I've dealt with. Would 100% recommend Snow to anyone who is looking to get great results and wants to buy from a company that really cares about their customers.

I find the device to work very well at whitening my teeth without causing tooth sensitivity. Personally, I find the extra strength serum to be worth the extra money. I did need to contact customer service for an issue with the mouthpiece but they were very helpful and timely in resolving the issue.

Since this is a trustpilot review i guess people are wanting to know if, when you buy Snow, you'll receive the product; i can confirm that i received Snow/it's not a scam. I guess people are also wanting to know if Snow's any good...um, it's just another tooth whitening system. You can get blue light tooth whitening devices at the supermarket or pharmacy; Snow's no better. All this hype and feverishly positive reviews; it's just clever marketing. Just get a White Glo blue light kit from Coles
