I decided to give SNOW a try with all the positive reviews. Upon receiving my package I was a little disappointed that my mouth piece was not working properly. I sent an email advising SNOW of the issues I was having. To my surprise I got a response from Dusty in less than a hour. Mr. Dusty had already placed an order to replace my mouth piece and included a free gift! I have never gotten such a quick response and resolution from a company before. Their response time and customer service is impeccable!

As a former customer service manager and small business owner, I know that customer service can make or break an organization. I contacted Snow Teeth Whitening yesterday via email with an issue I was having with their LED mouthpiece and had an excellent experience that was beyond my expectations. I explained that I purchased a starter kit in the hopes of brightening my smile for my daughter's upcoming wedding, but having issues with the LED mouthpiece. "Dusty" responded to my message within 5 minutes of me pressing the send button. Yes, it was great that my issue with the mounthpiece got resolved, but I never expected that my request would be expedited so quickly, handled in such a respectful manner and Dusty even acknowledged my daughter's upcoming wedding...nothing like a personal touch! I was already a fan of Snow Teeth Whitening, but their service is so incredible, I wanted to make sure others would read my review and know this is a company you can trust. They don't just sell you a product - they stand behind it!
