I received a rude email from Customer Relations & Marketing Manager while I was enquiring about import duty Taxes $27.61. I asked: Should any goods under £135 have no charge applied when you buy online? This is the email that I received: "All orders incur tax where there is one locally! " No 'hi', no 'regards' and not a proper answer to my question. Furthermore, the manager should avoid using exclamation marks in formal writing.

I purchased with snow in 2020 and continue to use sporadically. The product is great and easy to use, with no sensitivity. I have pretty white teeth naturally so use this before events etc so get them gleaming. I recently have had an issue with my led light and within one email I have already got a new one on the way. Great customer service and great product! Thanks snow!

I've tried a lot of different brands of teeth whitening products and this is by far the best I've ever used. The problem with most out there is the horrible sensitivity they cause.. this does not do that and my teeth are so brilliant white after just one use. Even my dentist asked if I got them done there. Excellent product.

I ordered a whitening kit from this company and supplied a delivery address. The package was delivered 10 miles from the address and left in a recycling bin in the rain. I received no notification to say it had been delivered so I couldn’t even go and look for it. Customer services will not issue a refund or replacement even though I have proof the package did not make it to my address. Worst customer service I have dealt with ever!!! Avoid Second attempt to re ship and it’s being delivered to the wrong address again. This is after I provided my delivery address over 4 times. Response from customer service at my annoyance ‘contact your bank’. No refund offered considering the two packages were delivered over 10 miles away to 2 random addresses. Never had an issue with deliveries to my address previously! Stressful

I am SUPER IMPRESSED with this company’s customer service! I had my new mouthpiece in mail within days of emailing them. No fuss-no problems and NOT a thousand questions and a 100 pounds of proof of purchase! Other companies need to take heed of this one! They got it right! I wish them much success. Great product also👍

Fabulous! After asking around and researching for recommendations for teeth whitening for my upcoming wedding, a friend gifted me Snow. I was ecstatic because I had read such good reviews. I had a minor issue with the light but their customer service was extremely quick to fix it. In less than an hour after contacting them they had sent a replacement and the rep was so personable and kind! Snow is totally worth the money.
