Hi, We appreciate you sharing your SNOW Experience. Our apologies for any delays on your order delivery. We accept your feedback on the Diamond Dissolving Whitening Strips. You mentioned that they only lasted for 3.5 days. As noted on our website's Diamond Dissolving Whitening Strips Product Page, "One 14-count box lasts 7 days when used once daily. One 42-count box lasts 21 days when used once daily." The directions on the package notes, "Use one to two times a day for 14-days for best results." Overall, it is unfortunate that you do not feel that the Diamond Dissolvable Whitening Strips were a good match for you. We understand and thank you for trying SNOW. All the Best, SNOW

Hello, We acknowledge your feedback and have followed-up via a review of your account. You expressed that there was a lack of customer care and concern from your previous SNOW interaction. Your account has been identified and it is noted within the interactions with the SNOW Customer Support Agent an apology for any inconveniences you have experienced. As well as follow-up questions for the agent to fully identify what may have caused the device to not function. The agent also shared the link to the Returns Portal as you mentioned. All which are acceptable means to get you resolved. "...I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with your new wireless device from Snow. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't meet your expectations, and we're here to help resolve this issue for you. To assist you further, could you please provide additional details on the specific issue you're encountering with the wireless device? This will help us better understand the problem and provide you with the most appropriate solution. In the meantime, I'd like to offer to exchange the defective device for a replacement. You can initiate the return process through our self-service Returns Portal...". While "6 days" to respond to your request for assistance certainly should have been less, you were met with an acceptable response for the concerns you shared. However, we are open to further dialogue if you wish. It seems you have already processed the return based on the status of your order on May 28th; which was yesterday.
