Difficulty getting a seal in my ears.
The charge lasts all day easily. The first timer I wore them, I think I had them in too long. After about 6 hours, they were hurting my ears and I had to go to my Walker muffs. My ear canals are kind of small, so I had a little trouble getting a comfortable fit. The small foam ones seem to fit best. Gunfire is still loud. I don't think they are sealing very well. Will keep trying them and see if I can't get a better seal. Today there was a guy shooting a 6mm that was awful loud. Had to go to my Walker's again. You can hear conversations well and other sounds are plenty loud enough. The cutoff when a rifle fires doesn't seem to happen fast enough for the report to be muffled. I will continue trying different fittings and see if I can get them to work a bit better. I want them to work for me as I think they are a good product. I'm just having fit issues.

Hi Pat, Finding the right fit can make a significant difference with in-ear electronic protection, especially when you have smaller ear canals. We’re glad to hear the small foam tips are already proving to be the most comfortable option and that the battery easily lasts through a full day. We also appreciate that you’re continuing to experiment with the different fittings rather than giving up on them. A proper seal is essential for effective noise reduction, so if gunfire is still coming through louder than expected, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support team. They can help you work through the fit and setup to make sure you’re getting the best possible seal and performance from your FieldOps. It’s encouraging to hear that conversations and surrounding sounds are coming through clearly, and we’re especially glad you still see the potential in the product. We’d love the opportunity to help you get past the fit issue so your Ravines can perform the way you expected them to. Regards, Ace Social Media Team
