Hey Don, We must admit, it is rather difficult to investigate a customer experience when we cannot find any record of you contacting our support team or providing the order details needed to verify a purchase. We have checked our available records for any previous communication regarding the concerns in your review, but we have been unable to locate one. We also haven't received the information needed to establish whether you have personally purchased or tested our products. That makes it difficult to understand how you reached such definitive conclusions about our product testing, warranty conditions, and customer experience. We welcome honest feedback and legitimate questions about our products, testing standards, and policies. However, there is a difference between sharing a firsthand experience and making broad accusations without providing verifiable details. If you have personally purchased our product and encountered these issues, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your specific concerns. We also would have welcomed the chance to address your questions directly before seeing these allegations posted publicly. After all, our support team cannot investigate an issue we haven't been given the opportunity to review. If you have an order with Ravine, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into the matter properly. We are happy to address substantiated concerns, but we believe fairness and accuracy should apply to reviews just as much as they should to businesses. Regards, Amanda Social Media Team

Hey there, We take concerns about customer service, communication, and advertising transparency seriously, and we understand how frustrating it can be when you feel your concerns have not been addressed. However, after reviewing the information available to us and checking with our support team, we have been unable to locate any record of your initial conversations or the repeated attempts to contact us described in your review. As a result, we are currently unable to verify the circumstances of your experience or fully investigate the concerns you have raised. We also reached out to you six days ago to request additional information so we could look into this matter further, but we have yet to receive the details needed to help us establish the history of your interaction with our team. Without that information, it is difficult for us to understand what occurred or determine where communication may have fallen short. We respect every customer's right to share their experience and expect businesses to be accountable. At the same time, we believe it is important that concerns are supported by verifiable details so they can be reviewed fairly and accurately. We would welcome the opportunity to examine your specific concerns regarding your order, refund, and advertising impressions rather than leave these questions unresolved. If you are willing to provide your order number and the email address used for your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] so we can make another attempt to locate your records and review the matter thoroughly. We remain committed to addressing legitimate customer concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify situations when the necessary information is available. Regards, Amanda Social Media Team

Hi Nate, We're sorry to hear about the connection issues you're experiencing with your FieldOps Pro, especially after you've already tried troubleshooting, cleaning, and re-pairing the earbuds. We checked our records to see whether this issue had previously been reported to our support team, but unfortunately, we couldn't locate any prior correspondence from you regarding this problem. We would have welcomed the opportunity to assist you directly before you felt the need to leave a review. The good news is that an issue where sound plays through only one earbud may be resolved with the proper reset and re-pairing procedure. We'd appreciate the chance to walk you through the appropriate steps and determine whether a replacement may be necessary if troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue so our team can look into it and help you find a solution. We want you to get the performance you expected from your FieldOps Pro, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hey Richard, We’d like to clarify a few points in your feedback, as the statement that you received no further contact from us is not accurate. Our records show that we offered you a replacement on September 13, 2026, at 7:31 AM. However, we did not receive the confirmation needed to proceed with that replacement. We understand your frustration with the delivery issues and the technical problems you experienced, but we also need to clarify that our team did make an effort to resolve the situation. For your reference, we have repeatedly shared screenshots of our previous email correspondence with you to demonstrate that we did, in fact, respond. However, you continued to contact us through separate email threads rather than continuing the original conversation. This can create the impression that your messages were left unanswered when, in fact, our responses were already provided in the existing thread. We ask that you review the complete email history before concluding that our team failed to communicate with you. Regarding the replacement, we had already offered a resolution on September 13, but we could not proceed without your confirmation. While we regret the shipping difficulties you experienced, confirming the correct shipping details is also essential when arranging a replacement to help prevent further delivery issues. We acknowledge that you have since purchased a product from another company and are disappointed with your experience with Ravine. However, we believe it is important that any public feedback accurately reflects the full communication history, including our replacement offer and the confirmation that remained outstanding. We remain willing to review your case and discuss the available options. If you would like to revisit the replacement offer, please reply directly to this email thread so we can keep all communication in one place and clarify the next steps. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Richard, We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your order, shipping, and setup. We do want to clarify that our customer support team has been actively assisting you and has provided troubleshooting steps and a replacement solution through the email thread. We also understand that you may not receive a response immediately, as our support team handles a high volume of customer inquiries. We appreciate your patience while our team works through each request as promptly as possible. Regarding your concerns about the earbuds not charging or connecting through Bluetooth, our team has already offered to provide a replacement to help resolve the issue. We therefore encourage you to review the complete email thread before concluding that no assistance was provided. Our support team has been actively working with you and has offered a replacement as a resolution to the reported issue. Describing the experience as a “scam” is not an accurate representation of the situation, particularly when our team has been communicating with you and has offered a replacement to address the reported issue. We remain committed to resolving this for you and are happy to continue assisting through the existing support email thread. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your package arrived with the box damaged, especially before you even had the chance to try your Ravine Pro. We want to assure you that all orders are carefully inspected and leave our warehouse in pristine condition. Unfortunately, once a package is handed over to the logistics team, how it is handled during transit is beyond of our control. We also see that our Customer Support team has reached out to you to check whether the product itself was affected upon arrival. We want to make sure there is no issue with your Pro and, if there is, have the opportunity to investigate and assist you properly. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can help turn your experience around. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Jozzban, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration, especially when you were looking forward to receiving your order and the tracking information was not updating as expected. We’d like to clarify that our standard delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date the order is dispatched. After reviewing the previous communication you had with our Customer Support team, we can confirm that our team had responded and provided you with the available tracking information and status of your shipment. At the time of that communication, your order was still within the standard delivery timeframe, so the information provided would have remained the same while the package was still in transit. We also understand that tracking updates can sometimes be frustrating. There can occasionally be delays once a package is with the carrier due to factors such as high shipping volumes, carrier processing, or routing updates. Unfortunately, these circumstances are outside of our direct control. The important thing is that your order was still in transit and on its way to you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how this experience may have affected your confidence in ordering from us again. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the overall shipping and delivery experience for our customers. Best regards, Malcolm Social Media Team
