After writing a not very nice review and contacting the company they are making good on their product. I'm still waiting for the replacement and don't know when I'll be getting to the range but we'll see. Very good customer service.
Response from TryravineSep 23, 2026
Hi Pete, We’re sorry to hear about the charging issue you experienced, especially when you were getting ready to head back to the range. A pair that won’t power up or accept a charge is certainly something we’d want to investigate. Our team previously reached out to request additional details so we could look into what happened, but unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from you. Without that information, we haven’t been able to properly determine the cause or assist with the next steps. If the issue is still unresolved, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this with you and see what we can do to help. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

I’ve used them once, I would say one should definitely use the foam tips to have the actual 31 NRR as opposed to the 26NRR with the silicone, it’s worth the extra protection, I’ll never use anything else rest of my life, and I’ll strongly recommend to friends
Response from TryravineSep 18, 2026
Hi Josh, It’s fantastic to hear that your first time using the Ravine Pro made such a strong impression! We especially appreciate you sharing your experience with the foam and silicone tips and the difference you noticed in their protection levels. That kind of firsthand insight can be very helpful to others deciding which tip works best for their needs. Hearing that you already see yourself using Ravine for the long term and recommending it to your friends is an incredible compliment. Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and enthusiastic review! Regards, Ace Social Media Team

I highly appreciate the follow-up you have been doing to ensure I am completely satisfied with your product. I used the Ravi e Pro’s for the first time shooting earlier today, and they work as promised by you!

Perfect fit and a top-quality product. Cuts the "Bang" of the gun going off but you can still carry on a conversation with others without removing them or telling someone to speak up Excellent choice!
Response from TryravineSep 18, 2026
Hi Chris, It’s wonderful to hear that the fit worked so well for you and that you’re able to stay connected with the people around you while still reducing the impact of those loud gunshots. That balance between hearing conversations and protecting your ears is exactly the kind of experience we hope to provide. Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for highlighting what made Ravine stand out for you. We’re glad they’ve been a great addition to your time at the range! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Much better than my other buds. More comfortable to wear and better noise reduction.
