This is a company willing to listen and learn from what does and doesn’t work. I purchased 2 AquaOne’s, and one of them was having an issue. With patience and perseverance and videos, they sent out a replacement no charge. I highly recommend the AquaOne. My cat loves it and I love knowing it is keeping him healthy and hydrated.

Well at first my cat didn't like the purestream. I had no idea why exactly, I was thinking the stainless steel was too reflective. The lighting was blinding her. Cats are fussy, need I say more. Thinking I was gonna give up on her, and donate the unit to less fortunate people. She decided to try the water. Now she exclusively drinks from the purestream. I could discard the old plastic tub that always had floaty things in it. Moral of this story is: If your cat doesn't like the purestream at first, she eventually will. Be patient with your fussy furry Queen or King.

The original unit I purchased had a constant drip. When I communicated the issue with customer support that I was having with my brand new unit, they corrected it immediately, by replacing my entire unit. I received my new replacement AquaOne PureStream last week. I set it up the next day, and to my relief and surprise- it works perfectly 👌, so far so good. I set the schedule on 9hours and it has not dripped once. 🙏 The clean drinking water is staying in the stainless steel tray and not leaking or dripping through the "drop hole" lasting the entire time I selected. Wonderful!! Furthermore, I have not had to change the water yet and its been 4 days so far with the clean side still halfway full and now the dirty side actually is dirty. -FYI: this is exactly how AquaOne PureStream should work. EUREKA! OMG! Great Customer support; THANK YOU AJ!!🎉👏👏👏💯🎉 I am truly grateful and Ashley is happy with her working watersupply.

From start to finish the company is AMAZING to work with. The product is fantastic. I had some issues with the unit and they helped me go over things and ultimately they ended up sending me a new unit because the other wasn’t working correctly. It took a little time for my cats to warm up to it but they ended up loving it! I feel better knowing they are getting cleaner water. So blessed to have found Purestream!! Thanks again guys!!
