This is not a,fountain. It is a glorified super pricy stagnant water bowl. The advertisement showed continuous water movement which is essential for cats,using it! Janessa a,real person or a bot.. said yes the,ad was wrong...I asked to return it. She or it offered 20 30 then 50 percent credit ..to keep it. Like it's useless I want to return it. Then I said fine give me a 50 percent credit and i will move on as its a thing to recycle now .. no one wants this product.. then someone named Leonard offered a,20 percent discount and a,year warranty. I disputed through PayPal. And somehow this company was trying to refund something and refunded the entire amount . Then told me i would have to ask for that amount to be repaid to them so they could give me a partial credit and how my disputing it hurts their small business um .no!!! This is a very poor useless product. And there's no money back guarantee . The product idea itself is smart but does,not work as advertised or designed .

First the unit was not working properly, then I was leaking. All of these in the first 20 days. Customer service keeps delaying responses (up to 4 days) to avoid the 30-day satisfaction warranty. They refuse to provide return information and initiate refund. Instead they keep coming up with more things to try. Horrible company

I placed a pre-order for 2 PureStream fountains & the next day my cat sadly passed away unexpectedly. I requested a refund & to cancel my order, but got no reply after reaching out twice. I had to place a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did she respond & promise to refund my money if I cancelled the chargebacks so I trusted her & did then again she went radio silent. Thank goodness for Capital One refunding my money! Avoid this company. Scammy. Bad business!

Refused to honor cancellation – Owner stalls with excuses and discounts. Avoid this company at all costs. I emailed them to cancel my order on June 30th before it ever shipped. Instead of canceling, they sent an email explaining why the order was delayed. I replied the same day demanding a cancellation, which they ignored. I sent another cancellation email today, and one of the owners personally replied—not to refund me, but to offer a discount to keep the order. I immediately responded begging them to please just cancel it, and they have gone silent. I have sent multiple emails and two platform messages. They completely refuse to honor a cancellation and are holding my money hostage. Capital One is now handling the fraud dispute.

I pre-ordered and decided I did not want ot. I asked for my pre-ordered to be cancled. I was told they would and promised a refund. They did not. They sent my pre-ordered and no refund. I am still fighting with them to get them to give me a refund and take back what they said they promised to refund and not send. Do not do business with these people.

My fountain doesn’t work properly and leaks water from the drinking tray into the dirty water reservoir. I’m having to refill it multiple times a day. I’ve tried so many times to get in contact with the company to resolve this but I have had nothing but radio silence. The website says the product is covered by 30 day warranty but how do I get a refund if no one is answering. Crappy customer service and crappy product - and it wasn’t cheap!!!!

unit is heavy and cumbersome. be aware that you have to lift up almost a gallon of water, and it will easily come apart and spill. if there is dust or insects, they will accumulate in the water. it is the same as leaving a bowl of water out for 6 hrs or more. we have a filtered dispenser, and it keeps the water much cleaner, and is easier to clean
