I had some technical difficulties with one of the two I bought. I emailed, Aj replied promptly and tried to fix the issue, with no luck. They are sending me a replacement. Great customer service! I love them so much already. No slime, my girls get clean water and it’s easy to clean!

I was skeptical because I’ve tried so many fountains. I’ve even tried the ones with UV lights in the motors and nothing keeps the slime away better than this fountain. It’s not because it helps me be lazy. It’s because it keeps the water separate and I put filtered water in the PureStream and it stays clean and when I clean it once a week it’s never slimy and I’ve had it now for months and I absolutely love it. I bought a second one. Also anytime I’ve messaged Customer Support. They have been absolutely amazing and it’s honestly the same person every time I feel like so very consistent and I purchased a lifetime warranty on both films.

I reached out to customer service to inquire about an issue I was having with the fountain. I received prompt responses and clear instructions, including a video, on how to troubleshoot the issue. They ended up sending me a replacement fountain at no cost to me and without me requesting one. My 15-year-old cats drink significantly more water from this fountain than any I have ever purchased for them. The height of the fountain is optimal. The flat, shallow water basin helps their whiskers avoid whisker fatigue, which occurs with deep water bowls.

Had an issue with my cats adjusting to the new fountain. I received prompt reply to my return inquiry and was satisfied with the return process. So helpful and fast to response. I really wish my cats would have loved the fountain.

Why mess with filters. We like to give our cats Ozarka Spring Water...unfiltered is the ticket. Our other one came on everytime they approached it and this is much better not to startle them everytime.LOVE it so far.

These fountains are great, my boy has urinary tract issues so making sure he is hydrated and healthy is really important. One of the two units I got had a slight leak but the customer support was incredible. Their response time was very quick, always within 24 hours, the troubleshooting instructions they provided were very clear and easy to follow, and they didn't hesitate to work with me to solve the problem. The problem got worked out and I couldn't be happier. It is certainly worth the price, I am glad to support a business that is putting the health of our little fur babies first.
