It took a little longer than expected to arrive but worth the wait. Our cat drank from it immediately. While the top tray gets a little slimy and needs to be cleaned weekly there is absolutely no mold or hair or other crud in the water. This is our third fountain and DEFINITELY the best. I didn’t buy it at first because of price but it was less than buying the first two. Highly recommend.

I love the Purestream and the 3 cats took to it immediatley! The only con would be not having a pour spout to refill without having to remove the lid! Works like a charm! Fresh water always!

Love the Purestream fountain. It stays clean because it dumps the contaminated water and fills with fresh water every 6 hours. My cats love it. Our kitten hears it and runs to watch it. All four of my cats are drinking more water!

Great product + great customer service! So nice to not have to clean those disgusting filters that conventional fountains have. Like knowing that my cat is getting fresh water & the dirty water is isolated in its own tank. Customer service is great as well - had a question & they answered promptly plus followed up. Definitely recommend this!
