This is definitely a 5 star! Here is my story. At first I almost sent this back when the alarm went off, but then I found I could turn it off. Then, I hadn't realized how it worked - it's not a continuous fountain. But what really made the difference is that ALL 3 of my cats drink out of it. This sold it to me. Up until now, one of my cats would ONLY drink from the bathtub faucet. When she started drinking from the Purestream, that sealed the deal. I LOVE not having to have a filter order every month, which I had been doing for years. And for a bonus, I had a question and contacted support, and the support I got was quick, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend, and so do my cats!

We have 2 cats and they took to it immediately. Replaced my automatic fountain that required filters every 2 weeks and were gross. So far so good!

I’m a retired RN and appreciate the simplicity in cleaning this system. The absence of filters is a big plus and I feel more confident that my Pepper is receiving the cleanest water. Janessa over at PureStream was really wonderful to work with. She took a situation that was initially a bit frustrating and as soon as she got involved was able to help me out really quickly. She was professional and prompt and took the time to note how things could have been handled better from the start prior to her involvement. I have five cats. The first cat, Louis, checked it out and dranked. Now he drinks more. Soon after, Leo drank and continues to drink. Now the other three have followed suit. My cats drink so much more water than previously. So, I give the water fountain a thumbs up, and I’m very pleased with it

So easy to keep clean! We have 2 cats and purchased two fountains. No scrubbing hard to reach places. No more slime. Our cats took to it right away. Very happy!
