Hi Anne, Appreciate the feedback, and so sorry you’ve had this experience! The water tray should not be constantly dripping and ending up dry, and what you’re describing is not how the fountain is supposed to operate. We also want to take full ownership here. We did identify a defective batch in our production that affected a number of customers (unfortunately later than we'd have preferred), and we understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that wasn’t performing as intended. That issue has since been resolved, and our team is actively working through hundreds of affected customers to make things right, completely on us. Your feedback about the 6, 9, and 12-hour settings and the instructions is also completely fair and noted. Please reach out to our support team and ask for me directly, Victoria.
