This product is defective and the customer service is horrible. The bowl doesn’t hold the water. I sent a video to the company of the flaw. They said they could help me fix or replace it. I have been ignored. It is overpriced and the company doesn’t keep any of the promises. It has been a months now and nothing. I can provide the same video I sent them. When the dirty water bowl side fills up an alarm goes off. Since the retention bowl couldn’t hold the water the alarm was going off all the time. I had really high hopes for this product. Concept is good the product is bad. The clear water tanks are made of very flimsy plastic. The water weight alone makes if feel like it will crack.

The lid does not fit properly. As a result, the water in the basin continuously leaks into the waste water tank, leaving the basin dry within a few hours of filling.

Order 11759 original order 9485 After finally shaming the company enough, I got a response that was hopefully from an actual human. Finally agreeing to replace the defective fountains. Unfortunately both replacement fountains leak as bad or worse as the originals. I have disassembled both fountains and cleaned and reinstalled the silicone stopper several times, with no improvement in the leaking. I have both fountains set for 12 hour refills, and the drain tank on both are full in less than 2 days. I want to support small businesses whenever I can, so I gave it a try in hopes that I just got 2 bad fountains, now I have 2 more defective fountains to throw away.

The AquaOne fountain is a basic product with only one functionality: dump and refill the dish in certain intervals. It has a major design oversight, where it does not refill the dish when the dish is empty, as there is no sensor which can detect the dish water level. Their recommendation was to set the refill interval at the lowest time and to manually refill by pressing the power button. The product is also of poor quality and construction, where the tanks are thin and flimsy with sharp edges at the opening. The components are basic and reassembly is an incredibly tedious task. There are magnets to align the tanks but they do not assist in any way to align the top cover assembly with the tanks. For it's cost it should have a bottom plate, for the tanks to be seated onto and for aligning the reassembly. Overall, the value of the AquaOne fountain does not reflect its >$150 cost. Despite how the fountain is marketed, it's not thoughtfully designed and is cheaply constructed. I have requested a refund and will see how it goes.

Absolute garbage. Great concept but for the money they cost and to get 2 of them and then they don’t work on day 1, it is very disappointing. The clean water flows right into the dirty tank and empties out in minutes. It doesn’t seal as it should. Plus, there is ZERO customer support. No one gets back to you and I’m convinced the company is a SCAM! I have been reaching out to return them and get a refund and have not heard back from anyone.

I had to wait over 30 days to receive the product. When I put the product together I was not able to use it as it was intended since the tray would not hold water it instantly dump the water into the dirty container so I wrote the company and they sent me a video I follow the video no less than five times and it still doesn't work I have written to them repeatedly and at this point ever received no response to my last email about whether or not they will refund me any of the $179 I paid for water from my cat cannot use. I am less than thrilled or impressed with this piece of equipment that is supposed to be so good for my cat. I guess my cat will just have to suffer with some other water fountain.

Purestream is not for my cat. She won't even drink from it.

Bought two cat fountains hoping this would be the great medium i needed between the churble can fountain and one with multi tank use instead of relying on a water filter. Within 4 months, both units were inoperable. that's over $300 wasted. This is just another company on Instagram that make claims that are too good to be true and under-deliver.
